Weapon Sub-System Aging & Surveillence (A&S)

E-Spectrum Technologies, a business division of AES and a leading provider of contracted Aging and Surveillance (A&S) and reliability testing services, successful deployed the Initial Advanced Cruise Missile Nuclear Weapon Sub-System A&S Program.

This effort completed the first development phase to implement prognostic testing of nuclear critical hardware in Cruise Class Missiles. E-Spectrum modeled the entire Cruise Class Missile A&S Program around the successful A&S programs implemented for the Nuclear Weapon Sub-Systems employed in the Re-entry Vehicles deployed on Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile Systems.

In addition to the prognostic capabilities provided in the A&S Program, we have provided services to upgrade and maintain the Cruise Missile Service STAR laboratory test complex. The Service STAR complex allows the Air Force to assess the current reliability of the Nuclear Weapon Sub-Systems for both the Air Launched Cruise Missile and the Advanced Cruise Missile.
